Hi GregoryM,
Sorry for the unexpected behavior. Try removing all preview files in your Premiere Pro before exporting. Did that work for you?
Thanks,
Kevin
What happens with a 30 fps sequence? Any better?
Thanks,
Kevin
It's one of the top issues I'm advocating a fix for. Hopefully, we can get it fixed ASAP. Sorry for the frustration.
Kevin
I do, but the files never completed (not sure they ever started).
For some reason, Remove was greyed out when I selected all the files.
I found that I could remove one at a time and then a whole screen-full at a time.
Eventually, I got them all removed.
There must have been thousands of files in the queue and most just said Ready.
It was so laggy that it would say Not Responding for every action (click File - Not Responding, go to view - Not Responding, etc...).
Things seem fine, now that the queue is empty.
I'm not sure if this would work, but it seems like I should be able to delete Documents - Adobe - Adobe Media Encoder or user - AppData - Roaming - Adobe - Adobe Media Encoder, but it's untested.

Hi,
i have trouble with AME. Because of audio repeating glitch i have to unistall my AME v2015. After doing it i have no other option than instal AME v2017 which is not cooperates with my Premiere v2015. I dont want to update to Premiere v2017, because then i have to upgrade my whole OSX and also - in v2017 there is another MTS audio glitch, which i can not affort for my work.
After 3 hours trying to solve this problem on adobe technical support i receive only one answer - that i have to export my videos in Premiere. But.. when you input adjustment layers to your sequence, there is another glitch - stroboscoping black frames in exported video.
Im trying to find any way out of this but get into dead end. It seems that Adobe just dont give a damn about users problems. They smack you with Guptas (the guy on the "support") answer and thats all.
Can anybody somehow help me with this by sending me dmg file of AME v2015 or do you have any other solution?
Thank you
J.T.
Hi
I am creating an animation in after effects for a sports game LED system that has the dimensions 5280x96px. Is there anyway of exporting this in Mp4 format with H.264? I know H.265 allows for this to be exported at this size but H.264 doesn't and reduces the width to 4096px. However I know not all systems support H.265. I would appreciate any expertise in this. Thanks.

I would try trashing your preferences, or possibly better, uninstalling AME (and choosing not to keep your prefs) and reinstalling it.
Having the same issue, no I know I must have at least double the available space than the estimated file size. It resolved itself after waiting for some time too
Hi 刘博,
Sorry for this. Can we get more info on your system, source media, export settings, and length of your program? Screenshots would help a lot.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hi J.T.,
Sorry about this situation. The CC2015 bundle is simply no longer available because of its Dolby components. By uninstalling that version, there is no possible way to recover it. See this FAQ for info: FAQ: How do I reinstall Premiere Pro CC 2015.2 (9.2)?
- After doing it i have no other option than instal AME v2017 which is not cooperates with my Premiere v2015.
- I dont want to update to Premiere v2017, because then i have to upgrade my whole OSX
I am so sorry, but you really do not have any other options other than to export directly from Premiere Pro or update your project to a more recent version with its newer version of Media Encoder.
in v2017 there is another MTS audio glitch, which i can not affort for my work.
Can you try a different version then? Perhaps one of the more recent versions.

Can you try using smart rendering? Perhaps offloading effects processing to preview files, you can achieve what you want. If that does not work well, try the Software Only setting for the Mercury Playback Engine in Project Settings. Let us know if that solves it for you.
Can anybody somehow help me with this by sending me dmg file of AME v2015 or do you have any other solution?
Sorry, that can't be done on these forums. Doing so is engaging in an illegal transfer or our software.
Let us know if you need additional assistance exporting your project. Again, I apologize for the frustration.
Thanks,
Kevin
Same here. As soon as I updated AE I got the error. Playing with preferences checkboxes does nothing. This has been an issue since 20012 apparently? Nice job, adobe.
Getting the same issue. Except - the 3 audio tracks sound fine when playing the preview video in Premiere Pro, but when exporting a video, the audio is mostly non-existent.
I'm starting to suspect it's certain audio source types will work in the scrubbing environment of Premiere, but for some reason not be supported by the media encoder?
Using 12.1.2
Hey everyone. I don't live on this forum, so I am going to post this here for you.
The XPression Video Codec is an AVI Codec for the Video For Windows wrappers. There is not a Mac version, sorry. It is only a Windows codec.
For some reason, the messages from the Adobe Forums are going to SPAM no matter what I set in Outlook. So I will suggest your requests for the codec be addressed directly to the Ross Video Tech Support team techsupport@rossvideo.com and they will be able to get you an installer, once they establish the version of XPression you are using in your facility. If you already have an XPression system in your facility, use the installers that came with it.
To install it, you can use the installers from your XPression system, and there will be an installer for it there, or use the XPression Studio/BlueBox/Prime/Clips software and in the installer, you can select a custom level and install the XPression Video Codec to add the Codec to your local system, and it will be a selection under an AVI format. There is also a Video Coder application, which can be used on a PC to flip video files from the codec they were rendered in (assuming that codec is also installed on the same computer) to the XPression Video Codec. There is some confusion about the pull-down menus, which don't allow for conversion from Frame Rates or sizes.
The XPression Video Codec will show up in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, etc., on WINDOWS PCs, as an AVI format Codec.
